This application is an internal tool operated by AET Solutions Inc. solely for its own accounting records. It is not offered to, distributed to, or usable by any third party. Access is limited to authorized AET Solutions personnel.
Using the QuickBooks Online API, the application reads the following from the AET Solutions company file:
The application performs read-only queries. It does not create, modify, delete, or void any record in QuickBooks Online. It does not access banking data, payroll, payment card information, or employee records.
Retrieved data is stored on AET Solutions-controlled systems for the duration of the internal service catalogue review and deleted when that review concludes. Access credentials are stored locally on the operator's workstation and are not transmitted to any third party.
AET Solutions Inc. does not process User Data or Personal Information on Intuit's behalf. AET Solutions independently determines the purposes and means of processing the data described above and is solely responsible for that processing. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; this application is not produced, endorsed, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.
No data retrieved by this application is sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the internal review described above.
Authorization can be withdrawn at any time from QuickBooks Online under Settings → Apps → Manage Connections, which immediately invalidates the application's access.
